I've heard that boys don't become men by getting older. They don't stumble into it. Boys transition into men as other men cast a vision for them of manhood, model it for them, and invite them in. I've been encouraged to be proactive in this process with Josiah. Here's the first of a few blogs capturing some of my efforts.
